KINDNESS & RESPECT

Our goal is to foster a positive learning environment filled with creativity and camaraderie for both our kids and parents. You and your child agree to treat all participants with kindness and respect.

SOMETIMES WE GET MESSY

We love to have fun and get messy! You will make sure your child is properly dressed for fun – this means wearing shoes, a smock or clothing that is ok to get dirty.

WE RESPECT OUR MATERIALS

As a process-based art studio, we use a wide range of materials in our projects including, but not limited to: paint, glue, pastel, chalk, fiber, wax, glue guns, hammers, and other sharp objects. While we do our best to monitor every child’s use of materials, accidents may occur from time to time due to the inherent risk in using these materials. You understand that these materials are not meant for consumption and will instruct your child not to consume any materials and to always conduct themselves in a safe manner.

SAFETY FIRST

The safety of your child and other children is our top priority. You acknowledge that your child has no physical, emotional, or social conditions that make it dangerous or unwise for your child to safely participate in our programs. Running in the art studio is dangerous for both your child and others around them so your child agrees not to run when in the studio.

Access to the baby area is prohibited to any child 2 and above. We built it for our exceptionally small guests to have a safe space whist any older child can enjoy the rest. We ask that all parents respect this policy, and if fail to do so we have the right to refuse further service to that guest or family.

PERMISSION TO SHARE

We love promoting process-based art and sharing it with others. We may take photographs, video and/or audio (the “Media”) during our art classes to post on our social media. We are the sole owner of any Media and may use the Media in any way, in our sole discretion. You grant us permission to use your child’s image without any restriction and waive your right to inspect or approve the Media.

PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE

You give your permission for your child to participate in YES FACTORY play and events. You release and hold YES FACTORY harmless from any and all liability that may arise in connection with the studio's programs.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California.

I have thoroughly read, fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions will govern my child’s current and future participation in YES FACTORY’s programs and events.
